This forum is the biggest single day event dedicated to the professional lives of women and their career planning. Each year it inspires hundreds of professional women and men across Europe, featuring the most successful women and the most brilliant experts in gender diversity

The authors of "Mission Possible, The Women's Way" meet the ESSEC students, in collaboration with the school association Sex Equality

Sex Equality is an association created in 2011 by some ESSEC students in order to raise in people's mind the issue of gender equality, especially in the professionnal world.

The Women’s Empowerment Principles are a set of Principles for business offering guidance on how to empower women in the workplace, marketplace and community. They are the result of a collaboration between the United Nations Development Fund for Women (UNIFEM, part of UN Women) and the United Nations Global Compact. Companies that have signed the CEO Statement of Support for the Women’s Empowerment Principles, as well as other businesses and stakeholders, will convene to discuss how corporate behaviour and practices are being transformed to align with the WEPs. Participants at the event will equally get a chance to get their hand on a copy of Mission Possible: The Women’s Way!
